Dr. Rotter was born Mexico City and grew up in the city of Monterrey. He decided to become a pediatric dentist, and while he was in dental school he met his wife Adriana (who is also a dentist and comes from a long line of dentists in her family). After completing school he began practicing, and later decided to relocate to San Antonio, TX, where he did additional training at the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio for three years. Dr. Rotter started practicing in San Antonio in 2006. He also have two wonderful daughters who look to become dentists as well. His goal is to increase the quality of life for all of his patients, and to make them comfortable during their visit. He put my patients first, and ensure that their visit to Kiddo Dental will be the best possible experience.
