Meet the Doctors

Dr. Cesar Rotter – Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Rotter was born Mexico City and grew up in the city of Monterrey. He decided to become a pediatric dentist, and while he was in dental school he met his wife Adriana (who is also a dentist and comes from a long line of dentists in her family). After completing school he began practicing, and later decided to relocate to San Antonio, TX, where he did additional training at the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio for three years. Dr. Rotter started practicing in San Antonio in 2006. He also have two wonderful daughters who look to become dentists as well. His goal is to increase the quality of life for all of his patients, and to make them comfortable during their visit. He put my patients first, and ensure that their visit to Kiddo Dental will be the best possible experience.

Dr. Norma Reyes – Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Norma Reyes is originally from Stockton, California but is a Texan at heart. She received her Bachelor of Sciences in Biology degree from the University of the Pacific in 2003. She attended the University of California at Los Angeles School of Dentistry and graduated in 2007. Immediately following Dr. Reyes’ graduation, she decided to follow her true passion of treating children and moved to Denver, Colorado to complete a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at one of the premier children’s hospitals, The Children’s Hospital of Denver. She earned a pediatric specialty certificate from the University of Colorado Health Science Center in 2009 and received Board certification from the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in 2010.
Through her active involvement in the National Health Service Corps, Dr. Reyes accepted a position in Pleasanton, Texas. After working in public healthcare for two years, Dr. Reyes transitioned into private healthcare where she now specializes in the dental treatment of children of all ages and children with special needs.
She has participated in numerous humanitarian medical/dental and cleft palate treatment missions within the United States and abroad. She has rendered dental care to children in Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.
Dr. Reyes is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Pediatric Dentistry, Texas Association of Pediatric Dentistry, San Antonio Association of Pediatric Dentistry and the Greater San Antonio Hispanic Dental Association. She is past president of the Greater San Antonio Hispanic Dental Association and currently sits on the board. Dr. Reyes also sits on the board for the San Antonio Christian Dental clinic at Haven for Hope and is a graduate of the Alexander Briseno Leadership Development Program class of 2012. She is also a current member of the Junior League of San Antonio.

Dr. Lourdes Willhite – General Dentist

Dr. Willhite is originally from Mexico but has made Texas her home. She attended The University of Texas at El Paso where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. She then moved to San Antonio and started working as a research assistant where she contributed in several publications. In 2012, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree form The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She graduated with Distinction in Education and received the Women’s Faculty Leadership award and Community Service award.

Dr. Willhite and her husband Chad enjoy outdoor activities and love spending time with their two daughters Emily and Allison.
